PURPOSE: A method or fabricating heating yarn with improved carbon ink coating property and the heating yarn fabricated thereby are provided to improve laminating ability compared with a conventional carbon yarn fabricated by a heat roller and a press method and to simplify processes with low price. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating heating yarn comprises the steps of: coating polyester yarn using copolymers of polyester and polyurethane; and coating the coated polyester yarn with carbon ink containing polyurethane resin. The method further comprises post-treatment of the heating yarn with polypropylene diol or polypropylene triol.
