PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF coil apparatus for achieving connection relationship between a plurality of input RF channels and a plurality of output RF channels to be controlled by a relatively small number of switch elements.SOLUTION: This RF coil apparatus includes: a plurality of coil segments (301); at least one multi-selection switch (302); respective input terminals of the respective multi-selection switches (302) respectively connected to respective different coil segments of the plurality of coil segments (301); and one control terminal of the multi-selection switch (302), used for reception of control signals in order to select the input terminal to be connected to an output terminal of the multi-selection switch. The plurality of the coil segments (301) connected to the plurality of input terminals of one multi-selection switch (302) are not at continuous positions. |
