PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent unintended disclosure and deletion of data.SOLUTION: A document management device relating to the invention comprises: a first data storage area that is available for a specific user and stores data; a second data storage area that is available for an unspecified user and stores the data; operation acceptance means for accepting data operation information including target specification information that specifies a content of data operation and target data of the data operation; attribute acquisition means for, when the content of the data operation included in the accepted data operation information shows transfer or copying of data from the first data storage area to the second data storage area, acquiring a data attribute including at least an acquisition method of data corresponding to the target specification information included in the accepted data operation information; and control means for, when the acquisition method of the data included in the acquired data attribute shows reading of an original image, performing confirmation processing in the data operation. |
