PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demulsification method of emulsion, allowing the improvement of demulsification efficiency (a demulsification speed), and to provide a method and device for washing by using the demulsification method.SOLUTION: A washing device includes: a washing part 1 washing a washing object with a nonaqueous washing liquid; a demulsification part 2 performing demulsification of a dirty washing liquid after washing the washing object; and a buffer part 3 connecting the washing part 1 and the demulsification part 2. The washing part 1 has: a washing tank 1a performing actual washing; a vacuum drying tank 1b performing vapor rinse and vacuum drying; a fire extinguishing unit 1c; and a CO2 cylinder 10. The demulsification part 2 has a visible window-equipped pressure-resistant cell 2a, a heater 2b, a CO2 cylinder 10, a vent 20, a cooling unit 30, a pump 40, a thermocouple 50, a pressure gauge 60, and a temperature controller 70, and performs the demulsification of emulsion containing water and a nonaqueous solvent by carbon dioxide. |
