摘要 PURPOSE: A device for measuring the concentration of hydrogen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily remove hydrogen which is absorbed by a hydrogen absorbing layer and to sense leakage of the hydrogen efficiently and accurately. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the concentration of hydrogen comprises a first substrate(10), a second substrate(20), a control unit(40), and a resistance measuring device. A hydrogen absorbing layer is formed on one surface of the first substrate. The second substrate is spaced from the first substrate and includes a conductive layer in a surface which faces the substrate. The control unit applies voltages to both end portions of the hydrogen absorbing layer and electrifies the hydrogen absorbing layer and the conductive layer by applying voltages between the same after a predetermined period after applying voltages to the hydrogen absorbing layer. The resistance measuring unit is connected to the hydrogen absorbing layer.
