摘要 PURPOSE: A heat generating composition containing shape-anisotropic nanomaterials is provided to be widely applied and to induce cancer cell apoptosis. CONSTITUTION: A heat generating composition has shape-anisotropic property and contains nanomaterials with a specific loss power (SLP) of 1,000 W/g or greater. The nanomaterials have one or more lines of which length is different among lines from the center to the surface of the nanomaterial. The nanomaterial is polyhedronal, sharpened polyhedronal, hexakisoctahedronal, ellipsoidal, star-shaped, shell-shaped, or cage-shaped nanomaterial, a nanorod, a nanowire, a nanotube, a nanoribbon, or a nanodisk.
