<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity, in a cell production type flexible production system, by attaining a human-machine cooperative system which allows realignment of the system without deterioration of human productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The system 1 includes a machine part 12 adjacent to a human cell part 11. The machine part 12 includes a plurality of hand parts 21 for transfer; a plurality of actuators 22 for moving the hand parts 21; a plurality of processing devices disposed along the moving direction of the hand parts 21 to perform processing to components; an input part 4 for inputting components from the human cell part 11 side to the machine part 12; a take-out part 5 for taking out components from the machine part 12 toward the human cell part 11; and an intermediate component carrying-in device 6 for inputting and supplying additional components from the human cell part 11 side in the middle of a component route extending from the input part 4 to the take-out part 5 via each processing device 3. By providing the intermediate component carrying-in device 6, a system in which the human cell part 11 is separated from the machine part 12 can be easily and flexibly constituted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
