<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a golf club shaft made of fiber reinforced resin for manufacturing a golf club shaft excellent in design without impairing basic performance of the golf club shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the golf club shaft made of fiber reinforced resin including a plurality of fiber reinforced resin layers includes the steps of: winding a bias layer (21) in which reinforcing fibers of the fiber reinforced resin layers are oriented in the direction±30°to±60°with respect to a shaft axis direction; winding straight layers (22 to 26) in which the reinforcing fibers in the fiber reinforced resin layers are virtually oriented in the shaft axis direction; winding a fabric-like fiber reinforced resin layer (27) in which weight per unit area of the reinforcing fiber ranges from 80 g/m<SP>2</SP>to 120 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and in which a fiber bundle of the reinforcing fibers ranges from 2,000 to 12,000 filament and the width of the fiber bundle of the reinforcing fibers ranges from 2 to 20 mm; and winding a glass fiber reinforced resin layer (29) whose wound thickness ranges from 50 to 100μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
