The first and second left lead plates (461) and (462) are lead plates (45) that have a mutually adjacent arrangement relationship and have electrical potentials different from each other. It is possible to discharge water, which is present between these lead plates (45), to the outside of a housing case (20) from the inside of the housing case (20). Accordingly, even in the case that a support rib (231) is formed in the housing case (20), it is possible to drain water so that the water present between the lead plates (45) is removed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an electrical connection between the lead plates (45), which may be caused when the lead plates (45) soak in water. That is, it is possible to efficiently drain the water, which has been introduced into the housing case (20), to the outside of the housing case (20) so that the leakage of electricity is prevented, and to make the number of the drain holes (25) for drainage be as small as possible. |
