PURPOSE: A roller hemming tool is provided to prevent damage of a coated surface of a panel during a hemming work for panels to which a pre-coating color steel sheet is applied. CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming tool comprises a tool body (110) and a roller unit (120). The tool body has a robot arm connection unit (111) which is connected to a robot arm and which is equipped on one end, and a roller unit connection unit (112) which is equipped on the other end. The roller unit is equipped with a housing whose one end is connected to the roller unit connection unit, and with a roller which is installed rotatably on the other end of the housing and which is composed of a shock-absorbing material on at least a rolling surface. The roller includes a roller core unit which is composed of a metal material, and a shock-absorbing unit which is formed to wrap around the rolling surface of the core unit. |
