PURPOSE: A mixer for making bread is provided to easily separate and fix a mixing bowl and to prevent the mixing bowl from falling. CONSTITUTION: A mixer for making bread comprises a main body (1), a mixing bowl (2), and an elevation device. A support (11) is formed on the lower part of the main body. A stirrer (12) is mounted on the end of the main body. A semicircular yoke (14) is mounted under the stirrer. The mixing bowl has a hemi-spherical shape on the bottom thereof, is open on the top thereof, is mounted with a fixing member on the side thereof, and is formed with a guide groove on the lower part thereof. The elevation device comprises an elevation panel (31), a pair of guide bars (32), an elevation link (33), an elevation post, a handle, and a fixing member. |
