The invention relates to equipment for processing grain cereals to produce groats and combined feed and can be used in food and combined feed industry, as well as in the field of agriculture. A method for preparing a liquid feed from grain includes supply of liquid to a mixing chamber and creating a pressure in the mixing and grinding chambers, entry into the mixing chamber of the cereal mixture for active stirring and humidification, compression of the material by a screw to a fixed disc at the outlet of mixing chamber followed by preliminary grinding and passage of the mixture components through its holes, their additional grinding by a movable disc in the grinding chamber, forwarding of the mixture ground within one passage under pressure of the blades to the mixing chamber through the tubes for mixing and then for re-grinding to obtain liquid feed mixture. In the zone of contact with the plane of fixed disc at the outlet of mixing chamber preliminary grinding takes place with pushing plant residues of the combined feed and moisturized grain mixture by a scraping device, and pushing the feed mixture through the holes of fixed disk is further increased by an additional hydraulic pressure, which is created by blades in the grinding chamber and transferred into the mixing chamber through two nozzles for mixing mounted symmetrically relative to the horizontal axis of chamber, wherein the nozzles for mixing mixture are made in the form of circulating tubes, and discharging the feed mixture is performed by changing the cross section of valves installed on the discharge and circulation nozzles, whereby said sections are increased for the discharge nozzle and reduced for the circulation nozzles. Use of the disclosed method allows avoiding clogging the holes of fixed disk with grain and plant residues as a result of successive grinding the material, redistribution and equalization of pressure in the mixing and disking chambers, which increases the output of machine as a whole. The invention enhances the quality of preparation of liquid feed from the grain through active humidifying the cereal mixture, which reduces the power consumption by reducing power on the drives of motors and reducing the costs of implementing the process. |
