A device for removal of a walnut shell comprises a housing, a loading hopper with a feed control slide valve and a measuring instrument of the availability of kernels, a feeder and electric knives, one tray for removal of mass, structurally connected to each other and to the housing. Its feeder of nuts is made in the form of three augers evenly spaced around and connected to each other and to an electric drive via a chain transmission, and which in the upper part have additional agitators against jamming of nuts placed in the hopper and in the lower part of the housing, on the shafts of the common electric drive there are mounted two diametrically arranged knifes in the form of disks with cutting teeth on the periphery, and an additional second tray, and both trays are made in the form of two coupled oppositely disposed parts separating the shell with bilateral working surfaces, one of which is tapered with possibility to crack the shell after entering the grooves formed by blades with simultaneous disconnection of the nut kernel from them, thus the tapered surface forwards the shell parts in the circumferential and the opposing surface - the kernel in the central hopper. |
