FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for examination of functional state of myocardium in experimental practice. Installation contains perfusion columns with pipebends, sensors for registering heart rhythm and intraventricular pressure, system for electrocardiosignal registration, liquid circular thermostat, buffer vessel for perfusion solution, peristaltic pump and bubblers, which are placed into perfusion columns and are connected via reducer with balloon for carbogen. Perfusion columns and vessels for heart are provided with jackets for supporting perfusate temperature, through lateral pipe-bends of which water is supplied into perfusion column. One of lateral pipe-bends of perfusion column jacket is connected with liquid circular thermostat, forming closed contour of supporting temperature of perfusate, which is supplied into each perfusion column through lateral pipe-bend. The other lateral pipe-bend of perfusion column is connected with buffer vessel, forming closed contour of perfusion. Sensors for registering heart rhythm and intraventricular pressure are connected to computer via amplifier and analogue-digital converter. Each of sensors is connected to heart with the other end. Aortal cannula, connected with pipe-bend for supply of perfusate of respective perfusion column, is connected to each hart.EFFECT: simplification of construction and increase of operational reliability.2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
