PURPOSE: An internet service user authentication support system is provided to prevent the unnecessary exposure of a resident registration number of a user and cut off injustice use by a malicious user. CONSTITUTION: An internet service user authentication (UA) support system (100) comprises a user connection information (UCI) acquisition module (103) and a user resident registration number authentication module (104). The UCI acquisition module receives the I-pin ID or password of a user by communicating with a processing apparatus for user information in a situation in which UA request-information is accepted by a UA request-information accept module. The UCI acquisition module transmits an ISS identification code corresponding to the I-pin ID, password and ISS to an information management organization server and obtains management organization holding UCI from the relevant I-pin information management organization server. After the user resident registration number authentication module receives management organization holding UCI by communicating with the UCI acquisition module, the user resident registration number authentication module compares the received management organization holding UCI and a UCI-residential number mapping table which is stored in advance.
