FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method to balance a shaft of a flexible rotor consists in the fact that the shaft is broken into sections. Planes of cross sections stretching via their centres of mass are selected as planes of correction. Imbalances of shaft sections are corrected by removal of material in the planes of correction. Values of maximum radial wobble are measured in all sections of the shaft in the planes of correction. Balancing weights are installed on surfaces of the shaft sections in planes of correction at the side, which is diametrically opposite to the maximum radial wobbles of these sections. In turns, after removal of another weight, the shaft is balanced using the appropriate plane of correction. Masses of balancing weights are determined from certain dependence.EFFECT: improved accuracy of balancing.3 dwg |
