The inverting output of the D flip-flop is connected to the first OR input of the two-input OR-NAND element, the output of which is connected to the reset input of a power divider, and through a second inverter to the reset input of the inverting RS flip-flop. The inverting output of the RS flip-flop is connected to the second OR input of the two-input OR-NAND element, the first set input of the inverting RS flip-flop, the inhibit input of the generator and combined data and set inputs of the D flip-flop, the clock input of which is connected to the output of the generator. The output of the frequency divider is connected through a third inverter to the set input of the inverting RS flip-flop, the output of which is connected to the second input of a two-input NOR logic element.
