A logic element comprises a DC source, first, second inputs and output of the device, first, second input two-emitter transistors, first, second input diodes, first, second, third intermediate transistors, first, second output transistors, first, second input resistors, first, second, intermediate resistors, an output resistor, an output diode. Moreover, the intermediate diode, third and fourth intermediate resistors, third output transistor are introduced; first and second radiators of second input two-emitter transistor are connected to first and second inputs of the device. A collector is connected to the base of third intermediate transistor, whose collector is connected to the positive pole of DC source through the third intermediate resistor. The emitter is connected to the global bus of the DC source through the fourth intermediate resistor and connected to the intermediate diode anode, whose cathode is connected to the global bus of the DC source and connected to the base of third output transistor, whose emitter is connected to the base of first output transistor. The collector is connected to the collector of first output transistor and output of the device. The emitter of second intermediate transistor is connected to the base of first intermediate transistor. |
