PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic hair implanting chamber for electrostatically implanting hair in a work by charging short fibers flying in the electrostatic hair implanting chamber by acting, on the work, a line of electric force by the electric field produced between electrodes and an earthed conveying mechanism. SOLUTION: The long work of a new type with weak stiffness formed of a soft insulator and in which a core formed of a conductor is not longitudinally inserted is placed on the earthed conveying mechanism opposed to the hair implanting electrodes disposed in the electrostatic hair implanting chamber and conveyed through the loser side of the electrodes. Hair is electrostatically implanted by acting, on the work, the line of electric force by the electric field produced between the electrodes and the earthed conveying mechanism. On both sides of the earthed work conveying mechanism moved by receiving the drive force from a drive source, a cable from a power supply is joined to the lower side and the first electrode to which the hose from an air supply source is joined is disposed, and the second electrode is disposed on the upper side.
