FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises main body with its bottom end rests on the ground in operating position. Frame bottom end is hinged to said main body above its bottom end while said frame abuts on the main body wall. It is equipped with, at least, one cylinder with first end hinged to the main body and second end hinged to the frame. Said cylinder allows increasing its length to turn the frame about its axis downward from storage position to transportation position. Tow device is arranged at the frame top end for connection to tractor in transportation position. When frame is coupled with said tractor said cylinder can turn the main body about its axis downward to bottom transportation position whereat the frame displaces, in fact, horizontally from the main body.
