PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition in which performance reduction caused by volatilization of a plasticizer is suppressed further, and to provide a seal member including an elastic member which is excellent in cold resistance and heat resistance and in which a seal performance is prevented from being reduced with the passage of time by the volatilization of the plasticizer.SOLUTION: A rubber material composition is provided which is obtained by blending a plasticizer with an acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. The plasticizer has three or more ester bonds within a molecule, the solidification point thereof is -30°C or lower and the viscosity thereof at 25°C is 100 mPa s or less. A seal member for a rolling device is also provided which includes an elastic member obtained by molding the rubber composition.
