PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for warming rubber by which a rubber temperature is continuously measured in a short period of time and a production condition of a calendar roll can be automatically controlled to a fix kneaded rubber temperature.SOLUTION: A method for warming rubber includes: a warming step of warming the rubber kneaded by a calendar roll; a kneaded rubber temperature measuring step of measuring a temperature of the kneaded rubber using a contactless thermometer; and a production condition control step of automatically controlling the production condition of the calendar roll based on a measurement result of the contactless thermometer. An apparatus for warming the rubber includes: the calendar roll warming the kneaded rubber; the contactless thermometer measuring the temperature of the kneaded temperature; and a control means for automatically adjusting the production condition of the calendar roll based on the measurement result of the contactless thermometer. |
