PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heating of a conductive part supplying power or overheating of a short circuit part, even if a sensor part is short-circuited and its additional function, i.e., a heater part, is short-circuited.SOLUTION: As a cloth-like pressure sensor heater 1, an upper layer 3 is constituted of a first conductive part 9 and non-conductive part 13, a lower layer 5 is constituted of a second conductive part 11 and non-conductive part 15, and then the upper layer 3 and the lower layer 5 are connected by an intermediate layer 7 consisting of a connecting thread 12 becoming a variable resistance heating layer. Electrical resistance of the intermediate layer 7 between the first conductive part 9 and the second conductive part 11 is measured by electrical resistance measurement means 17. The calorific value control means 19 heats the intermediate layer 7 by heater output, if the resistance thus measured exceeds a predetermined value corresponding to short circuit of the first conductive part 9 and the second conductive part 11, otherwise determined that the first conductive part 9 and the second conductive part 11 are short-circuited, and does not heat the intermediate layer 7 by heater output. |
