PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser available with no problem for a frozen foam of a sparkling drink containing a highly viscous cereal decomposed matter which is produced as a result of mixing with outdoor air through cooling and agitation.SOLUTION: A dispenser is provided with: a tank 10 for storing a sparkling drink containing a cereal decomposed matter and its frozen foam; a nozzle 11 for supplying the frozen foam in the tank 10; a cooling body provided in the tank 10; and an agitating blade mounted on the outside of the cooling body. When viewed in a front and back direction, a front end blade member is arranged between the cooling body and the nozzle 11 to give a forward extrusion force to the frozen foam of the sparkling drink containing a cereal decomposed matter by rotation due to a received driving force. |
