PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a means which can expedite shift operation even if a user has connected a charging cable while forgetting its P range operation.SOLUTION: In the case that a user connects a charging cable and starts charging at t1 while keeping a clutch lever in the other than a P range, a vehicle moves on a slope etc., and a vehicle body moving velocity VSP and a vehicle body moving time &Dgr;T are generated. At t2 of VSP≥VSPs, a braking force is generated by the operation of a brake actuator, and the braking force is increased so that VSP may be smaller than VSPs. On and after t3 of VSP<VSPs at which the braking force is increased, the braking force is held at t3 to keep the vehicle in VSP<VSPs. At t4 when the vehicle body moving time &Dgr;T becomes &Dgr;Ts, the braking force is held to one where VSP=0, thereby preventing the movement of the vehicle body. Therefore, the charging cable can be prevented from being damaged due to the movement of the vehicle, and a driver notices that he/she has forgot the shift operation into the P range, and can come back to the vehicle and perform the shift operation as shown at t5. |
