PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling a bedroom temperature capable of obtaining comfortable sleeping environment by controlling the bedroom temperature, and to provide a house provided with the same.SOLUTION: A system for controlling a bedroom temperature controls a temperature in a bedroom in a house in summer, and includes: a bedroom temperature detection means 5 for detecting the temperature in the bedroom 3; a ventilation means 7 for discharging air in the bedroom 3; and a control means. The control means includes: a control unit for controlling the ventilation means 7; and a bedtime storage unit for storing a bedtime of a user sleeping in the bedroom 3. The control unit exhausts heat by operating the ventilation means when the bedtime temperature is a previously determined set temperature t3 or higher in a first before-bedtime zone which is prior to the bedtime, and previously determined. |
