PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recovery efficiency of waste heat of a rotary electric machine by a coolant.SOLUTION: A frame (30) houses a rotor (10) and a stator (20). A coolant passage (40), in which a coolant circulates, is provided in at least one of the stator (20) and the frame (30). The stator (20) includes a stator core (201) and a coil (202) wound around the stator core (201). The radial outer side of a coil end part (221) of the coil (202) is connected with an internal surface of a frame (30) by a resin mold (60). The radial inner side of the coil end part (221) is covered by an inner heat insulation member (70) inhibiting heat radiation from the coil end part (221).
