PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whipped cream of intensified white color capable of preventing an apparent preference property from deteriorating due to yellowing while being carried at a shop front, as required in use with western style cakes.SOLUTION: Yellowing does not progress even in storage at an ambient temperature or a low temperature, no milk odor smells, and a white color is maintained over a long time, by whipping cream having 30% or more to 60% or less of fat rate obtained by conducting separation, homogenization and sterilization treatment, using milk obtained by supplying, to a ruminant animal, feed of low carotenoid with part of feed compositions substituted by a rice or paddy straw for the feed, paddy whole crop silage and the like. |
