PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preparation of a one-component drug for identifying a further target which enables in vivo the specific destruction of a tumor blood vessel, increasing the number of target options and destroying a tumor blood vessel system, for further blood vessel target treatment.SOLUTION: An aminophospholipid (for example, phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine) is a stable and specific marker which is accessible on the surface of a lumen of a tumor blood vessel, and the sole administration of an anti-aminophospholipid antibody is sufficient to induce in vivo thrombus, the necrosis of a tumor, and the regression of a tumor. Accordingly, a method based on the anti-aminophospholipid antibody for use in specific destruction of a tumor blood vessel and for use in treatment of a solid tumor and a composition therefor are provided. |
