PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reliability of a device by combining with a junction box without exposing a bus bar to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A support substrate(310) includes a single hole which is formed on the circumference. Solar cells(320) are formed in the upper part of the support substrate. A bus bar(400) is electrically connected with solar cells. A junction box is connected to the bus bar. The junction box includes an insertion part in which one part is inserted into the hole. |
