PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-emulsifying composition excellent in at least one of self-emulsifying, composition dispersibility, emulsion stability, and absorbability, and the self-emulsifying composition with an ethanol non-addition or a low addition concentration.SOLUTION: A self-emulsifying composition includes: 50-95 mass% of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a ω3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, an ethyl ester, and a triglyceride ester to the total amount of the composition; 1-20 mass% of an emulsifier, namely, a sucrose fatty acid ester to the total amount; 3-40 pts.mass of glycerol to 100 pts.mass of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of ω3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, ethyl esters and triglyceride esters; and ≤4 mass% of ethanol to the total amount. |
