PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to prevent the problems like corrosion, fracture of insulative resistance, etc due to external exposure of a metal layer, thereby improving lifetime and stability of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly mounted inside a battery case(120) comprising a resin layer and a metal layer(120b). Electrode terminals electrically connected to the electrode assembly are projected toward a terminal of one side or both sides. An airtight part, due to an electrically insulative resin originated from the resin layer, formed from an external side of a heat-fused portion(sealing portion) locates on the outer circumference of the battery case to the external terminals of the metal layer. |
