PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing periodontal disorders containing a primer pair complementarily binding to a gene of bacteria causing periodontal disorders is provided to quickly and cheaply check infection by the bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A primer pair complementarily binds to genome gene of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia, Treponema denticola, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Prevotella intermedia, Campylobacter rectus, Peptostreptococcus micros, or Eikenella corrodens. The primer pair contains base sequences of sequence numbers 1-18. A kit for diagnosing periodontal disorders contains the primer pair. A method for providing information for diagnosing periodontal disorders using the kit comprises: a step of applying oral cell DNA to the kit and performing multiplex PCR to prepare a PCR fragment; a step of performing electrophoresis of the PCR fragment; and a step of determining periodontal disorders when the amplified PCR fragment is detected. |
