PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a guide function at low cost.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises: function selection means that selects a function to be executed; a recording medium for recording text information in a rewritable manner; storage means that stores correspondence information defining correspondence between the function selectable by the function selection means and the text information recorded on the recording medium; information selection means that selects the text information corresponding to the function selected by the function selection means by referring to the correspondence information stored by the storage means; acquisition means that acquires the text information selected by the information selection means from the recording medium; and transmission means that transmits the text information acquired by the acquisition means to an external device presenting the text information recognizably in a form desired by a user. |
