PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a minute gap between a metal cylinder member and a synthetic resin member, regarding a cover for a rolling bearing device, formed of a metal cylindrical member with a synthetic resin member formed thereto.SOLUTION: After an adhesive is baked on a part of a surface of a metal cylindrical member in a semi cured condition, a synthetic resin member is formed by insert molding. Complete curing of the adhesive through a secondary heating brings a metal cylinder member and a synthetic resin member into close contact, and prevents generation of a minute gap between the metal cylinder member and the synthetic resin member caused by temperature, vibration and lapse of time. |
