PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device front protecting panel with visible information in which visible information having stereoscopic effects is provided in a portion of a shading layer provided for concealing wiring or the like in an outer peripheral part of a touch panel or the like, and a display device with the same.SOLUTION: In a display device front protecting panel 10 with visible information, a shading layer 2 is formed on a surface of a non-transparent area A2 of a translucent substrate 1, a portion of visible information 4 being a non-formed part where the shading layer is not formed, and after a transparent layer 3 is formed in a portion including the non-formed part, on a surface of the transparent layer, a visible information formation layer 4L is formed which is visible from a side of the translucent substrate. Further, at a side where the shading layer is formed, a transparent electrode for position detection of a touch panel and non-transparent wiring electrically connected to a portion where the transparent electrode extends to a portion of the shading layer, may also be integrated with a touch panel as a configuration forming the electrode and the wiring so as to conceal them with the shading layer. This is combined with a display panel such as a liquid crystal display panel or an EL panel by also integrating the touch panel, and provided as a display device. |
