PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a seat slide rail, which eliminates an inventory control load of shoes to be prepared in advance, reduces management cost in manufacture of the seat slide rail, and reduces manufacturing cost as a whole.SOLUTION: A rail assembly step S40 includes a lower rail height measurement S41, an upper rail notch height measurement S42, and a resin slide shoe molding process S43. Accordingly, when the lower rail and upper rail are assembled, assembly clearance when these are assembled, can be measured, and simultaneously the resin slide shoe can be molded based on an magnitude of assembly clearance measured. As a result, the resin slide shoe to be assembled between the lower rail and upper rail can be molded in a real time system. |
