PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push distribution device capable of providing a content based on a user position and the latest information in a case where a packet network cannot be used.SOLUTION: A distribution device 2 transmits information on which of the contents provided within the device has to be received by a portable terminal 1 via a packet network 6, as a text message to the portable terminal 1 via a telephone line 7. If the portable terminal 1 does not acquire the content even after the passage of a fixed period after the transmission of the text message, the distribution device 2 distributes a text message obtained by simplifying the content to the portable terminal 1 via the telephone line 7. |
