PURPOSE: Generated energy prediction system and method are provided to accurately predict generated new renewable energy by offering long term prediction predicting generated new renewable energy at a target date and short term prediction predicting generated new renewable energy at a target time. CONSTITUTION: A long term generation prediction unit (310) selects a first date based on target date, wind speed of the target date, daylight of the target date and temperature of the target date, predicts generated new renewable energy at the first date as generated new renewable energy of the target date and generates long term prediction data. A short term generation prediction unit (320) predicts generated new renewable energy of the target time based on generated new renewable energy measured for the past specific time period and generates short term prediction data. A generated energy decision unit (330) decides the long term prediction data and the short term prediction data as predicted generated energy.
