PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect attractant useful in attracting harmful insects.SOLUTION: An insect attractant is provided having at least one effective component selected from the group consisting of the following compounds: 4-(4-hydroxy-4-methyl-pentyl)-cyclohex-3-ene-carbaldehyde; 4-amino-ethyl benzoate; 5-octyl-dihydro-furan-2-one; 1,3,3-trimethyl-bicyclo [2.2.1] heptan-2-ol; (5E)-3-methylcyclopentadeca-5-ene-1-one; (3-oxyo-1,3-dihydro-isobenzofuran-1-yl)-butyl acetate ester; 1,4-dioxa-cycloheptadecan-5,17-dione; 3-butylidene-3H-isobenzofuran-one; and hexa-2-ene-1-ol. |
