PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten analytical measurement time and to reduce data volume by reducing the number of fractionation samples to be analyzed in LC/MS for mass analyzing many fractionation samples isolated and fractionated by using LC having high separation performance of multidimensional LC or the like.SOLUTION: Fractionation sample availability information indicating availability of a substance to be eluted in holding time, such that there is no availability in a period of eluting a non-ionizing substance e.g., is previously prepared based on prescient information such as an elution characteristic in LC by a column sort or the like and easiness of ionization in MS and stored in a storage part. In a period determined as no availability based on fractionation sample availability information in analysis, eluate is not isolated and a fractionation sample is not prepared. By selecting a fractionation sample in each dimension of a multidimensional LC, the number of fractionation samples to be finally provided to mass analysis can be reduced. |
