PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small LED lamp structure with a built-in LED component which brings a light flux level within a range of 1000 lumen or more from a small light source.SOLUTION: An LED component includes an array of LED chips 62 attached on the plane of a submount 64, the LED chips can emit light in response to an electric signal, the LED chips include the respective groups which emit light in different colors, the respective groups are mutually connected by a serial circuit, a lens 66 is provided by covering the LED chips, and the submount has high thermal conductivity. |
