PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing magnet pieces constituting a magnet body for a field pole, by which the magnet body is divided at the desired division portion.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing magnet pieces 31 constituting a magnet body for a field pole 80 includes dividing a magnet body 30. The magnet body 30 is divided by forming a fragile part in the magnet body 30 on the opposite side of a portion pressed by a blade 3, while applying bending stress to the magnet body 30 by the blade 3 and the support part 2. |
