PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save manpower on operations, to quickly pick up images and to improve the accuracy of bed movement when picking up the images, on the basis of a moving bed method by using a multi RF coil.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging device is provided with: a bed capable of moving a subject; a multi RF coil for reception constituted by a plurality of coil bodies to be arranged with respect to a subject; a position changing means for detecting ID numbers intrinsic to each one of the plurality of coil bodies, and changing a relative position between a bed in a prescribed direction and a magnet held by a static magnetic field generation means in accordance with the lengths in the prescribed direction of each one of the plurality of coil bodies associated with the detected ID numbers; and a scan means for performing scanning at respective positions changed by the position changing means. |
