A cell interference coordination method and device. The cell interference coordination method includes: a first Node B generates interference coordination information, wherein the interference coordination information includes information about a relative narrowband Tx power threshold corresponding to a designated dimension of wireless resources, the designated dimension including at least one of the following dimensions: time, frequency or space; and the first Node B transmits the interference coordination information to a second Node B to enable the second Node B to determine an interference coordination strategy according to the interference coordination information, so as to reduce the interference between the first Node B and the second Node B on the same sub-band. The embodiments of the present invention can enable a Node B to determine an interference coordination strategy according to the interference coordination information transmitted from an adjacent Node B, so as to reduce the interference between the Node B and the adjacent Node B on the same sub-band, thus solving the problem of co-channel interference in an LTE network deployment scenario.
