This analysis processing system is provided with: an analysis processing execution means for executing analysis processing by controlling the operation of an analysis processing system constituted by combining a plurality of analysis engines; and an input quality adjustment means for determining the quality characteristics of data to be processed, which is to be inputted into each analysis engine so as to satisfy preset accuracy requirements for analysis results, and for adjusting the quality characteristics of the data to be analyzed, which is to be inputted into prescribed analysis engines constituting the analysis processing system on the basis of the determined quality characteristics.
