BACKWASH AIR SUPPLY STRUCTURE USING CONDUCTING DRAIN OF FILTER BED

The present invention provides a backwash air supply structure using a conducting drain of a filter bed, wherein a filter bed having a perforated block is divided with dividing walls, a conducting drain used as a channel for purified water discharge and backwash is provided between the dividing walls, a water supply section for supplying backwash water is formed at one side of a channel inlet of the conducting drain, an air supply section for supplying backwash air is formed at an upper section of the water supply section, a plurality of water supply sleeves connected to the perforated block inside the filter bed are provided along the both sides of the channel, and air supply sleeves connected to the perforated block are provided at the upper section of the water supply sleeves. The present invention does not provide an air distribution header pipe for supplying backwash air inside a filter bed and uses a conducting drain as a backwash air supply channel, and thus can simplify the construction structure of a filter bed, thereby reducing the construction period and saving on construction costs.
