An air interchanger (100) comprises a panel portion (21), a wind tunnel portion (10) having a blower mounted therein, and a flange portion (20). The wind tunnel portion (10) is recessed toward the inner side of the wind tunnel and has two or more than two recesses (11) formed, each recess (11) has a guide bolt (50) provided therein, and the guide bolt (50) can be turned from indoors. Each recess (11) has an accommodating area (12) and a guide area (13) in communication with each other provided therein. The accommodating area (12) has a mounting piece (40) provided therein, and a connection piece (42) and a bend piece (43) parallel to the flange portion (20) are integrally formed on a substrate (41) of the mounting piece (40). When the guide bolt (50) is turned in a forward direction, the bend piece (43) comes out of the accommodating area (12) through rotation and protrudes from the wind tunnel portion (10) to a radial direction of a column of the wind tunnel portion (10), and through the pull of the guide bolt (50), the bend piece (43) runs through the guide area (13) to move toward a flat plate (30), so that the bend piece (43) and the flange portion (20) together clamp two sides of the flat plate (30). When the guide bolt (50) is turned in a reverse direction, through the pull of the guide bolt (50), the mounting piece (40) runs through the guide area (13) and is returned to and accommodated in the accommodating area (12). The present invention is advantageous in that the air interchanger (100) can be easily mounted and demounted.
