The invention relates to the field of producing energy using a reactive vortex turbine operating by means of a fluid medium in the form of a liquid, a gas or various mixtures of gases. The operation of the turbine is self-sufficient for creating the necessary pressure in the vortex chamber and in supplying some of the energy for consumer requirements (approximately 50% for 50%). The invention makes it possible to create a hydroelectric cart operating without combustion of fuel and harmful exhaust gases. The fluid medium is supplied under high pressure to a vortex-formation device via a tangential input means. Furthermore, the flow is directed along a curvilinear trajectory around the axis of rotation, is accelerated and is twisted under the action of centrifugal forces. Molecules are concentrated in the peripheral region of the fluid medium flow. The twisted flow is directed into openings in the vortex chamber and rotor, which is mounted in the vortex-formation device, at an angle to the internal surface of the openings, thereby causing the rotor to rotate. The technical result consists in creating a method and an apparatus for producing three types of energy, and which ensure great efficiency and have a simple construction.
