The present invention provides a means for accelerating selective binding reaction between a test substance and a selectively binding substance immobilized on an analytical chip, particularly, for enabling short-time analysis of a test substance. The present invention is a method for stirring a solution that contains a test substance, said method including: injecting a solution that contains a test substance into a recess on an analytical chip with a part of the inner space of the recess left unfilled; and subjecting the resulting analytical chip to rotation with a centrifugal acceleration of 1×g or more to stir the solution. |
